- Product Information: We strive to display product colors and describe ingredients as accurately as possible. Due to the use of natural ingredients, slight variations in color and taste between batches may occur and are not considered defects.
- Product Handling & Consumption: For your safety and to ensure product quality, our juices must be stored in a freezer immediately upon delivery. Once thawed in the refrigerator, they must be consumed within 3 days. We are not liable for any spoilage or degradation in quality resulting from improper storage, handling, or failure to follow consumption guidelines.
- Allergen Information: While we list all ingredients on our product pages, our juices are produced in a facility that may handle common allergens. It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredient list before consumption.
- Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Payments, Shipping, and Returns

- Payment: We accept payment through the methods specified at checkout. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

- Damages: In the unlikely event that your order arrives thawed or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
